Please ensure we have access to the keys and that the boat is in a startable condition. Many services also require a water hose that can reach the boat. For services like exterior detailing or shrink‑wrapping, please ensure there is adequate space to work around the vessel. We will provide specific instructions in your service confirmation email.

We frequently work in pairs to train new team members, ensuring our standards for quality and consistency are always met.
