How soon can I expect service after booking?
We strive to provide same‑week or next‑week service whenever possible. To ensure timely service for vital needs like winterization or pre‑season prep, we highly recommend scheduling in advance. Seasonal and emergency services are always prioritized.
Do I need to be there during the service?
No. You do not need to be present. As long as our technician has access to the boat (and keys), we can complete the work while you go about your day. Talk about a Good Life!
What areas do you service?
Good Life Boat Company proudly serves boating communities throughout the Wasatch Front and Summit County. Travel is included at no extra charge for all service calls within at least a 30‑mile radius of American Fork. Not sure if we can come to you? Just ask!
How do I get my boat ready for service?
Please ensure we have access to the keys and that the boat is in a startable condition. Many services also require a water hose that can reach the boat. For services like exterior detailing or shrink‑wrapping, please ensure there is adequate space to work around the vessel. We will provide specific instructions in your service confirmation email.

We are your year‑round mobile boat care specialists. Our primary services include:
Maintenance: Oil changes, impeller replacement, spark plugs, lube services and general tune‑ups.
Detailing: Gel coat maintenance, full restoration, professional washes and waxing.
Seasonal Services: Winterization, shrink‑wrapping and summerization/readiness checks.

Do you guarantee your work?

How should I make sure my boat’s gel coat looks great?

Are your mechanics qualified?
Absolutely. While Utah does not issue a specific license for marine mechanics, every member of our team is thoroughly trained, qualified and held to the Good Life Standard of quality and professionalism. We frequently work in pairs to train new team members, ensuring our standards for quality and consistency are always met.
Can you work on older boats?
We specialize in modern watercraft to ensure we have the right tools and parts. We are happy to accept new customers with boats and personal watercraft that are less than 30 years old.
